By accessing or using ProcureCrawl (“the Platform”), operated by Integral Mass (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ProcureCrawl is a real opportunity intelligence platform that aggregates, analyzes, and presents investment and procurement opportunities in Arizona. The Platform provides data from public sources including SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, FRED, and other government and commercial data providers. AI-powered scoring and analysis is provided for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our written consent
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

5. Data and Content

The Platform aggregates publicly available data from government and commercial sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented. AI-generated scores, summaries, and recommendations are algorithmically produced and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment or procurement decision.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEGRAL MASS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

8. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $14.99/month. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
